Privacy Policy

Roof Dispatch AI ("the App") is developed and operated by InterGlobal ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. The App is free to download; roofing companies are licensed and activated directly by InterGlobal.
1. Information We Collect
Account & company data:
- Account — your name, email, phone number, and role (created at sign-up)
- Company — company name, logo, branding, and contact details
- Inspection data — property addresses, roof condition notes, photos, and AI-generated descriptions
- CRM / canvass data — lead addresses, homeowner names, phone numbers, knock statuses, and notes
- Contracts — contract content and homeowner signer details (name, email, signature)
- Generated reports — PDF files created by the App
Third-party services we transmit data to:
- Supabase — our cloud backend hosts your account, company, leads, inspections, contracts, and uploaded files so they sync across your team and are backed up. Access is restricted to your company.
- Google Gemini AI — inspection photos and text notes are sent to Google's Gemini API for AI analysis when you trigger it. Google's Gemini API Terms apply.
- Public property records (Texas StratMap / TxGIO) — your map viewport coordinates are used to retrieve public parcel and ownership data.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — GPS coordinates are sent for reverse geocoding (converting coordinates to addresses).
- Brevo (email) — when you email a report or send a contract for signature, the recipient email, subject, and document are sent through Brevo's transactional email API. Brevo's Privacy Policy applies.
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — your device push token is used to deliver notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core functionality: inspections, CRM, mapping, contracts, and report generation
- To sync your work across your company's team and back it up securely
- To enhance your data with AI analysis (Gemini) and public property records
- To send transactional email (reports, contract signing links) and push notifications
- To personalize reports and contracts with your name and company branding
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on your device (in a local database for offline use) and synced to our cloud backend (Supabase), which enforces row-level security so each company can only access its own data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive credentials are stored in your device's secure keychain.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Data is only transmitted to the service providers listed above as required for App functionality.
5. Your Rights & Data Control
- You can delete any inspection, lead, contract, or report within the App
- You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Settings → Delete account
- You can choose not to use AI features (no data is sent to Gemini unless you trigger analysis)
- You can revoke location and notification permissions in your device Settings
6. Children's Privacy
Roof Dispatch AI is designed for professional use by roofing contractors and field sales teams. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Location Data
The App requests location permission to center the map on your position and auto-fill property addresses. You can revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
